Our Pricing

We have a simple pricing scheme of 40 pounds per hour billed in 30 minute segments.

Please note we will first connect to your computer at no charge, assess the extent of the work required then as per our promise you will be advised of the full cost before we comence work.

All rates apply in pounds per hour between 9.00 am and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday, we work on the basis of a minimum of one hour and charge per half hour thereafter.

Outside our normal office hours we charge a supplement of 10 pounds per hour for weekday evenings and weekends.

If you have more regular requirements please ask us about our service contracts where you can pay up front for support and obtain a sizable discount.

If we fail to complete the job to your satisfaction - you will not be charged a penny!
